Support Services Overview
To compliment the software and hardware offerings, Simplicity AI also offer a range of support options to ensure minimal down-time and maximum operational effectiveness. Customers can choose to purchase an annual support agreement with a defined response time, or purchase services on an ad-hoc basis. Support can be performed through an on-site visit, via telephone or email, or using remote access.
Remote Support
Simplicity AI provide can global remote software support by installing a downloadable remote access application on to the target system. The remote access software requires only a standard internet connection and avoids the requirement to have a custom network or firewall configuration in order to operate.
Simplicity AI Client Centre
The web based Client Centre allows customers to receive software deliveries, upload log files, create support requests, and track resolution progress. The SSL secured bi-direction file transfer system provides customers with a straightforward way of sending and receiving large files, without having to setup an FTP connection.
On-Site Call-Out
If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, Simplicity AI Engineers can visit a customer site. If a support agreement is in place guaranteed response times for call-outs can be set.
Scheduled/Preventative Maintenance
Simplicity AI can devise preventative maintenance schemes, perform system health checks, advise on potential obsolescence issues and support calibration.
